心理韧性的神经机制研究进展

摘要
心理韧性对于提高心理健康状况、预防心理疾病有重大研究价值。现有基于神经影像学的心理韧性神经机制研究主要针对经历严重压力或逆境后仍适应良好的现象展开,研究结果主要体现在3方面:第一,大脑结构,如顶叶、前额叶皮质、前扣带回、岛叶等的相关功能;第二,神经回路,如奖赏、恐惧、情绪调节、社会行为回路等的相关功能和机制研究;第三,脑神经网络,涉及网络去相关活动以及跨网络连接的韧性相关机制。未来可进一步研究不同神经机制间的交互、各自与韧性相关维度(如自我效能、乐观、坚韧)的对应关系、以及相关干预方法对其神经机制的影响。
