大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:分析大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:将2015年5月-2018年6月我院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组进行常规对症支持治疗。观察组应用150万U尿激酶+100 mL生理盐水进行溶栓治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率,并对比治疗前后两组凝血、纤溶指标。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组脑梗死体积为(3.7±1.0)cm3明显小于对照组的(5.3±1.5)cm3(P <0.05)。治疗期间,对照组未见明显并发症,观察组并发症发生率为12.5%(P> 0.05)。结论:早期大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,安全性良好,可明显改善患者的凝血、纤溶指标状况。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of high-dose urokinase thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods: Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine symptomatic supportive care. The observation group was treated with 1.5 million U Urokinase+100 ml normal saline for thrombolytic therapy. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared, and the coagulation and fibrinolytic indicators of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the infarct volume in the observation group was(3.7±1.0)cm3, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.3±1.5) cm3(P<0.05). During the treatment period, no obvious complications occurred in the observation group, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 12.5%(P>0.05). Conclusion: Early high dose urokinase thrombolysis was effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
