先天性胆囊缺如1例报告

<正>先天性胆囊缺如(congenital absence of gallbladder, CAGB)是临床上比较少见的一种先天性畸形病变。现报道我院2017年9月17日收治的1例CAGB病人。1.临床资料:病人女性,75岁。因"右上腹部疼痛伴皮肤巩膜黄染7 d"入院。病人缘于2017年9月10日无明显诱因出现右上腹疼痛,疼痛性质为间断性钝痛,伴恶心、呕吐、畏寒、发热,体温最高38.7℃,后出现皮肤巩膜黄染,并皮肤瘙痒。肝胆脾胰超声示
