摘要
对基于VERICUT软件进行数控铣削参数优化的原理进行了介绍,分析了优化方法与数学模型。以铝合金框型结构件为例,应用VERICUT软件对其数控铣削参数进行优化,实现在铣削力变化时及时调整铣削速度的功能,进而提高加工效率。
The principle of parameter optimization for CNC milling based on VERICUT software was introduced, and the optimization method and mathematical model were analyzed. Taking the aluminum alloy frame structure as an example, the VERICUT software was used to optimize the CNC milling parameters to realize the function of adjusting the milling speed in time when the milling force changed, thereby the working efficiency could be improved.
