基于经济新常态下煤矿安全管理模式的改进

摘要
当前,经济新常态成为人们热议的话题,而在此话题中,安全管理工作是一个难以回避的话题。在经济新常态下,我国煤炭行业为在竞争激烈的当下脱颖而出,正面临着升级转型的考验,兼并重组成为煤炭行业的主旋律。在此期间,煤炭行业在生产与发展期间将面临着更加困难与复杂的局面,职工队伍不稳定,安全管理难度相应增大,如何做好煤矿行业的安全管理成为企业需要思考的问题。论文主要介绍了煤矿行业安全管理工作的现状,并提出了相应的改进措施,促进煤矿行业健康发展。
At present, the new economic norm has become a hot topic, safety management is an unavoidable topic in this topic. Under the new economic normal, China's coal industry stand out in the face of fierce competition, it is facing the test of upgrading and transformation, so, mergers and acquisitions become the main theme of the coal industry. In this period, during the period of production and development, the coal industry will face more difficult and complicated situation, for example, the staff is unstable and the difficulty of safety management will increase accordingly. So, how to do well the safety management of coal industry has become a problem that enterprises need to think about. This paper mainly introduces the current situation of the safety management of the coal industry, and corresponding improvement measures have been taken to promote the healthy development of the coal mine industry.
