摘要
以更好地支持应急决策为目标,通过提取应急预案中辅助决策支持的内容,构建应急预案本体,从而提高应急预案的检索效率和应急决策的智能化水平。对比了7种本体工程构建方法,从方法成熟度及领域本体适应度考虑,选用METHONTOLOGY法,研究了应急预案本体化表达,对我国生产经营单位应急预案进行解构并获得应急预案本体知识,进而将其概念化,确定本体关系及属性,完成了应急预案的本体建模,利用Protégé软件实现预案本体可视化,生成应急预案本体化OWL描述,得到基于METHONTOLOGY法的应急预案本体建模方法,提出一种以应急决策为目标的应急预案本体知识表达方法。
        To achieve a better retrieval and reuse of the knowledge of the emergency plan,this paper is aimed to actualize the intellectualization of the emergency plan as the research goal. As is known,with the development of the ontology engineering,the ontology-based semantic retrieval device has been gradually improved and perfected to be able to meet the demand of the users for the recalling ratio and that for precision,which can also provide for better support of the repetitive application of the knowledge items. For example,in providing for the efficient supports of emergency decision-making,based on the plan as the research objective,it is necessary to work out the integrated emergency plan for the safe production and the emergency plan of the special projects in addition to the site disposal schemes taken as the supplements. The content of the emergency plan should be made appropriate for the decision-making supports in the said plan extracted and the domain ontology of emergency plan to be accomplished. What is more,it is necessary to compare among the currently adopted 7 ontology engineering methods,including TOVE method,METHONTOLOGY method,the skeleton method,the KACTUS method,the SENSUS method,the IDEF5 method,as well as the 7-steps in the said method. On the other hand,it is also proper to choose the METHONTOLOGY of the ontology engineering as the construction method of emergency plan from the point of view of the method maturity and the domain ontology adaptation. In doing so,it would be possible for us to extract the concept of ontology and divide the plan into 4 top classes and other related subclasses through separating the emergency plan of enterprise into necessary sections. Furthermore,it is also necessary to accomplish the confirmation of the ontology properties including"the data property"and "the object property"with necessary"instances" added to work out the ontology modeling for the aforementioned emergency plan. Besides,it is recommended to use a software named Protégé to achieve the visualization of the plan ontology and generate the OWL description of the ontology for the emergency plan,so as to achieve the ontology modeling method of emergency plan based on the said METHONTOLOGY.The results of our investigation and experimentation show that the METHONTOLOGY as a kind of integrated method can only be used to construct the emergency plan ontology,with the engineering use of the Protégé in the software development for its practical value. And,what is more important,the research results can be used in a position to provide for the basis of the knowledge expression in the emergency plan and the emergency area.
