针刺中魁穴配合腹部推拿治疗呃逆临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨针刺中魁穴配合腹部推拿治疗呃逆的临床疗效。方法:将67例呃逆患者按随机数字表法分为对照组33例和治疗组34例。对照组患者给予单纯腹部推拿治疗;治疗组患者给予针刺中魁穴配合腹部推拿治疗。对比两组患者治疗呃逆的临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为81.82%,治疗组总有效率97.06%,治疗后两组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刺中魁穴配合腹部推拿治疗呃逆疗效显著,值得在临床中推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture Zhongkui point( 中魁穴) combined with abdominal massage on hiccup. Methods:67 patients with hiccup were divided into the control group(33 cases) and the treatment group(34 cases) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with simple abdominal massage. Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture Zhongkui point( 中魁穴) combined with abdominal massage. The clinical effect of post-treatment hiccup was compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 81.82%, and the effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture Zhongkui point( 中魁穴) combined with abdominal massage had a significant effect on hiccup, which was worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
