前馈控制集合人性化护理对新生儿窒息及神经功能异常观察

摘要
目的:探讨前馈控制集合人性化护理用于新生儿窒息的作用,以明确不同护理方式对新生儿窒息情况及神经功能的改善作用。方法:选取2015年9月-2017年8月本院新生儿科收治的新生儿102例作为主要研究对象,依据护理方式不同分为护理组(n=51)和对照组(n=51),护理组应用前馈控制集合人性化护理,对照组采用常规新生儿护理。对比两组护理前后Apgar评分、新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)评分、肌钙蛋白与护理质量。结果:护理组5 min Apgar评分及14、26 d NBNA评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理组护理后肌钙蛋白均明显低于对照组,且低于护理前(P<0.05);护理组护理评估准确率、护理措施落实率及新生儿家属满意率、新生儿复苏成功率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前馈控制集合人性化护理用于新生儿窒息,能够改善新生儿窒息程度,提高神经功能,降低心肌损害程度及改善护理质量,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To explore the effect of feed forward control collective humanistic nursingon neonatal asphyxia and to clarify the effect of different nursing methods on neonatal asphyxia and the improvement of neurological function.Method:102 newborns admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the main subjects.According to the difference of nursing style,they were divided into nursing group(n=51)and control group(n=51).The nursing group was given feed forward control collective humanistic nursing,the control group was given routine neonatal nursing.The Apgar score,neonatal behavioral neurologic assay(NBNA)score,troponin and nursing quality of two groups before and after nursing were compared.Result:The 5 min Apgar scores and NBNA scores of the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of troponin after nursing in the nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group and lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of nursing evaluation,success rate of neonatal resuscitation,the rate of implementation of nursing measures and the satisfaction rate of newborn family members in the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control collective humanistic nursing to neonatal asphyxia can improve the degree of neonatal asphyxia,improve the neurological function,reduce the degree of myocardial injury and improve the quality of nursing care.It is worthy of clinical reference.
