摘要
学院所承接的培训学员具有来源区域广泛、毕业院校层次性强、从事专业种类范围广、人文素质较高等特点,从事培训学员的管理工作者一般具有5年及以上管理工作经验、3级及以上心理咨询师资格证书。学员管理工作者的情绪对其身心健康和学员管理工作有重要的影响作用。此文分析了学员管理工作者不良情绪的内外来源,给出了情绪调节的策略,帮助学员管理工作者调节情绪、转变思维方式,提升综合素质,形成最佳认知思维模式。
Trainees in this college are of wide range of sources,graduated from universities and colleges,with wide range of major and high level of humanistic quality.Trainee-managers engaged have five years of working experience or above,holding psychological certificate of Level III or above.The emotion of-managers has an important influence on their physical and mental health and their work.This paper has analyzed the internal and external sources of unhealthy emotions of trainee-managers,proposed strategies for emotional adjustment,which could help trainee-managers to adjust emotions,to transfer mode of thinking,to improve comprehensive quality and to form the best way of cognitive thinking.
