摘要
本课题研发的汽车悬架系统用弹簧钢60Si2Mn,用作钢板弹簧,是车辆悬架系统的重要组成部件,直接影响车辆的乘坐舒适性,行驶稳定性和安全可靠性。通过工艺设计中的各项控制措施,消除了连铸坯的角部裂纹及缩孔缺陷,降低宏观碳偏析指数,使制造出的弹簧钢连铸坯表面和芯部质量良好,得到客户的一致好评。
        Spring steel 60Si2Mn for automobile suspension system, used as leaf spring, is an important component of vehicle suspension systems, which directly affects the ride comfort of vehicle, driving stability and safety reliability. Through various control measures during the process design, the corner cracks of continuous casting billet and shrinkage cavity defects were eliminated, and the macro carbon segregation index was reduced. So the surface and core of the spring steel continuous casting billet produced by our company are of good quality and have been well received by customers.
