综采工作面液压支架拆除新工艺的研究

摘要
在采煤机械化步伐的大力推进下,机械化综采设备在煤炭开采中的使用越来越广泛,而综采工作面液压支架的拆除工作效率和安全性也越来越受到重视。近年来,为了克服传统综采工作面支架在拆除方面存在的费时费工费材、安全性低等方面的不足,提出了一种综采工作面支架快速安全拆除新工艺,即采用超前棚结构和2台支架作为掩护支架并逐步前移的方法,并在井下进行工业试验。试验结果表明,该新工艺的实施可以快速、安全的将综采工作面支架进行拆除和移动。
        Under vigorously promote the pace of coal mining mechanization,fully mechanized equipment is more and more widely used in coal mining,and the efficiency and safety of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized coal mining face are also paid more and more attention. In recent years,in order to overcome the traditional support of fully mechanized working face in demolition waste time waste materials,low security,the method was to use the advance shed structure and two sets of shelves as a cover and gradually move forward method. And the industrial test was carried out underground. The test results showed that the new technology can quickly and safely remove and move the fully mechanized coal mining face.
