摘要
目的分析男性患者精子DNA碎片率和年龄、精液常规参数及疾病因素之间的相关性。方法按照年龄将患者分为20岁~25岁,26岁~30岁,31岁~35岁,36岁~40岁,41岁~45岁及>45岁组。采用染色质结构分析(SCSA)实验检测精子DNA碎片率,按照世界卫生组织(WHO)标准检测精液各项参数。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析处理,分析精子DNA碎片率和年龄、精液常规参数及疾病因素之间的相关性。结果年龄与精子DNA碎片、精子活力、HDS之间存在负相关关系,与精子浓度之间的相关性无统计学意义。精子DNA碎片与精子浓度、精子活力之间存在负相关关系,与HDS之间存在正相关关系。精子HDS与精子浓度、精子活力之间存在负相关关系。DFI值的异常与弱精症、男性不育和尿路感染这3类男性疾病的关系较为密切。结论随年龄增长,精子活力可能会降低,DNA碎片率增加。因此精子DNA碎片检测可作为一项重要的精子质量评估指标,为全面、客观评估男性生育力提供了有效信息。
        Objective To analyze the correlation of sperm DNA fragmentation, age, semen parameters and disease factors in male patients. Methods Patients were divided into six groups according to age, which were 20~25, 26~30, 31~35, 36~40, 41~45 and 45 above.Sperm DNA fragmentation was measured by chromatin structure analysis(SCSA) and semen parameters were tested according to World Health Organization(WHO) standards.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 software to analyze the correlation of sperm DNA fragmentation, age, semen parameters, and disease factors. Results There was a negative correlation between age and sperm DNA fragmentation, sperm motility, and HDS, and there was no statistically significant correlation with sperm concentration. There was a negative correlation between sperm DNA fragments and sperm concentration and sperm motility, and there was a positive correlation between HDS and HDS. There was a negative correlation between sperm HDS and sperm concentration and sperm motility. The abnormalities in DFI were closely related to the three types of male diseases, such as weak spermatogenesis, male infertility and urinary tract infection. Conclusions As the age increases, sperm motility may decrease and DNA fragmentation rate increases. Therefore, sperm DNA fragmentation detection can be used as an important indicator of sperm quality assessment, providing effective information for comprehensive and objective assessment of male fertility.
