摘要
本文提出了基于过电流保护理论的闭环配网继电保护定值在线校核方法。首先分析了在分布式电源接入配网的大背景下配电网在闭环和开环下的继电保护的负荷电流、故障电流以及主、后备保护的情况,并分析了分布式电源对配网继电保护的影响。然后提出了基于过电流保护的继电保护定值在线校核方法 ,通过继电保护定值路径分析、负荷电流和故障电流计算、继电保护定值的配合实现在线校核。最后在IEEE33节电系统中进行仿真,给出了保护定值在线校核结果并进行分析,说明了本文所提方法的有效性。
        An online verification of the protection relay settings in closed distribution network based on the overcurrent relays is proposed. First the load current, fault current and the function of primary and backup protection in open and closed loop distribution network under the circumstances of the integration of the distributed generation into the network are discussed, and the impact of the distributed generation on the protection relay is analyzed. Then the online verification model of the protection relay settings in closed loop distribution network is built through the setting path analysis, load current and fault current to the coordination of the settings. In the end, the numerical cases in IEEE33 bus systems demonstrates the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposes method.
