摘要

从互联网+的时代背景出发,结合当今百年住宅建筑体系的发展经验,以互联网思维探讨面向用户的定制化住宅设计策略。首先,站在设计者的维度,从"平台"方面探讨定制化住宅的研发产业链与定制内容的技术构成;其次,站在开发者的维度,从"产品"与"用户"两方面探讨定制化住宅的运营理念,以期从多个维度解析一条全面的、现代的住宅产业化之路。使用户通过互联网与其住宅愿景产生充分互动,在深入的体验中完成个性化需求。
        Start from the background of Internet+ era, combining with the development experience of today's century residential building system, this article discusses the user-oriented customized residential design strategy with Internet thinking. First, from the perspective of the designer, the technical compositions of the R&D industrial chain and customization content of the customized housing are discussed from the aspect of "platform"; secondly, from the perspective of the developer, the operation concepts of customized housing are discussed from the aspects of "product" and "user" to explore a comprehensive and modern housing industrialization path from multiple aspects, enable users to fully express their home vision through the Internet and complete personalized needs in an in-depth experience.
