摘要
通过对塑料异型材挤出定型模二维设计的过程进行研究发现,定型模的结构设计和图纸审核花费大量的时间,对此,提出了塑料异型材挤出定型模的参数化设计方法。基于UG平台,以Visual Studio为开发工具,使用UG/Open和MFC技术开发出塑料异型材挤出定型模的参数化设计系统。用户可以通过参数化设计系统完成对定型模的三维设计,同时,参数化设计系统中加入干涉检查模块,对于定型模三维模型中干涉的部分,用户可以清楚地看出并进行修改,减少定型模图纸审核的时间。最后用户可以导出定型模的整切图和各个板块的结构图,减少定型模板块结构设计的时间。
        The design of the calibrators of plastic profile extrusion and drawing review were found to waste a lot of time by researching the design process of the calibrators of plastic profile extrusion. So,the parametric design method of the calibrators of plastic profile extrusion was proposed. Based on UG platform,using Visual Studio as development tool,UG/Open and MFC technologies were used to develop the parametric design system of the calibrators of plastic profile extrusion. The user can complete there-dimensional design of calibrators by the parametric system. At the same time,the parts of the interference in the 3 D model of calibrators can be found and modified to reduce the time of drawing review by adding interference check module to the parametric system. At last,the user can export whole cut drawing of calibrators and the structure drawing of each slab to reduce the time of the structural design of calibrators.
