摘要
采用热处理后浸漆、固化、切割的方法,将非晶态合金带材制作成电机定子铁心,研究了尺寸相同的不同块数拼接成型的非晶合金定子铁心和整块的非晶定子铁心的磁性能。结果表明,非晶定子铁心的损耗值随着拼接块数的增加依次增加,当拼接块数增加到4块时,在800 Hz,1. 0 T下的损耗与整块相比增加了67. 39%。但是与硅钢相比,其损耗降低了61. 16%,用在电机中仍然有明显的低损耗优势。在同样的激磁条件下,非晶定子铁心的Bm值随着拼接块数的增加而减小。因此,当非晶定子铁心在用拼接方式成型时,拼接的块数越少越好。
        A stator core was made of laminated amorphous ribbon by the process of dipping into epoxy solution,solidification and cutting after heat treating. The magnetic properties of the stator core was investigated,the magnetic properties of stator core made of different part was measured for comparison. The results show that the core loss of amorphous stator core increases with the number of spliced blocks increasing. The core loss of amorphous stator core made of 4 part increased by67. 39% compared to that of the whole laminated amorphous core,but it decreases 61. 16% compared to that of the silicon core. The intensity of magnetization of amorphous stator core decreases with the number of spliced blocks increasing. As a rule,we should choose the least part when we have to make the amorphous stator core by several parts.
