模糊自整定控制算法在纸幅横向定量控制中的应用

摘要
针对纸幅横向定量控制具有多变量、时变、非线性等特点,提出了一种在线自整定模糊PID控制算法,采用模糊推理对PI参数实现自整定。仿真结果表明,该控制算法控制效果优于传统PID控制。结合河北某造纸厂纸幅横向定量控制系统实际应用,控制效果得到很大改善。
        Aiming at the characteristics of multi-variable,time-varying and non-linearity of cross direction basis weight control of paper web,an on-line self-tuning fuzzy PI control algorithm was proposed. The PI parameters were self-adjusted by fuzzy reasoning. According to the simulation results,the control result of the control algorithm was very much better than traditional PID control. The control effect of a basis weight control system in a paper mill in Hebei province has been greatly improved after using the new method.
