摘要
目的比较沪陕两地传染病防控领域先进技术的掌握程度,分析其与甲乙类法定报告传染病发病率(以下简称为传染病发病率)的相关性。方法采用普查方法系统收集所有涉及沪陕传染病领域的研究文献,计算先进技术的掌握程度;运用Spearman相关、线性回归分析其与传染病发病率之间的关系。结果上海市传染病先进技术的掌握程度由2000年的20. 5%增长到2017年的46. 4%,同期,陕西省由5. 2%增长到9. 6%。相关和回归结果显示,沪陕两地传染病先进技术的掌握程度与传染病发病率均呈现显著负相关关系(P <0. 05),其中上海市的相关系数为-0. 847,陕西省的相关系数-0. 651。结论沪陕两地传染病先进技术的掌握程度均呈逐步上升的趋势,上海市先进技术的掌握程度优于陕西省,并且随着先进技术掌握程度的上升,传染病发病率呈下降趋势,适宜的传染病体系应注重掌握先进的理论与技术。
Objective To compare the mastery of advanced techniques for prevention and control of infectious diseases between Shanghai and Shaanxi Province,and to analyze the correlation between the mastery of advanced techniques and the incidences of infectious diseases of Class A and B( hereinafter referred to as the incidence of infectious diseases). Methods The census method was used to collect all the research literatures related to the field of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province,and the mastery of advanced techniques was evaluated. Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between the mastery of advanced techniques and the incidence of infectious diseases. Results The mastery of advanced techniques for infectious diseases in Shanghai increased from 20. 5% in 2000 to 46. 4% in 2017. During the same period,the mastery of advanced techniques increased from 5. 2% to 9. 6% in Shaanxi Province. Correlation and regression analysis results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the mastery of advanced techniques for infectious diseases and the incidence of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province( P < 0. 05). The correlation coefficients in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province were-0. 847 and-0. 651,respectively. Conclusions The mastery of advanced techniques for infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province has been gradually increasing. The mastery of advanced techniques in Shanghai is better than that in Shaanxi Province,and with the increase in the mastery of advanced techniques,the incidence of infectious diseases is declining. Great importance should be attached to mastering advanced theories and techniques in a suitable infectious disease system.
