摘要
利用光学显微镜、背散射电子衍射、万能拉伸机等手段,对FeCrAl包壳管冷轧过程中及成品管的显微织构及力学性能进行了研究。研究表明,中间热处理对变形组织的影响较大。在700~800℃范围内对冷轧管坯进行热处理后,FeCrAl包壳材料形成强烈的〈111〉//ND方向的γ织构。随着轧制道次的增加,FeCrAl包壳管再结晶更容易发生,晶粒逐渐变得均匀细小,综合力学性能也得到改善并利于冷轧加工。成品管具有细晶组织和良好的综合力学性能。
        Annealing texture and mechanical properties of FeCrAl alloy cladding were characterized and analyzed by using of optical microscope(OM),electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD) and universal tensile machine.Annealing has important effect on the deformation microstructure of FeCrAl cladding during rolling process.Inter-pass annealing at 700-800 ℃ leads to the formation of severe γtexture(< 111 >//ND).With increasing rolling number,recrystallization is easy to happen.Uniform and fine grains are formed in the 6th rolling pass,which improves mechanical property and processability of FeCrAl alloy tubes.The finished FeCrAl alloy cladding has fine grains and excellent mechanical property.
