新形势下高职幼师专业学生学业指导工作探究

摘要
高职院校学生学业问题一直是社会各界关注的焦点,关系到高职院校人才培养质量及未来的办学发展。学业指导是解决学生学业问题的有效途径。近几年,学前教育改革给高职幼师专业人才培养提出了新挑战,通过分析新形势下高职幼师专业学生的主要学业问题以及当前高职学校学业指导现状,从三个方面对新形势下做好高职幼师专业学生学业指导提出建议。
        Academic problems of students in higher vocational colleges have always been the focus of public concern, and it affects the quality of talent training and the future school development. Academic guidance is an effective way to solve academic problems. Preschool education reform has brought new challenges to the talent training of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges in recent years. This paper analyzes the main academic problems and the current situation of academic guidance in higher vocational colleges under the new situation. It provides advice for academic guidance of students majoring in preschool education from three aspects.
