肺实性黏液细胞腺癌子宫内膜转移1例并文献复习

摘要
肺实性黏液细胞腺癌是肺癌中少见的病理亚型,肺癌转移至子宫内膜非常罕见,本文回顾性分析1例肺实性黏液细胞腺癌子宫内膜转移患者的临床病理资料,肺穿刺标本为实性黏液细胞腺癌,子宫内膜诊刮标本间质见腺癌细胞,免疫组织化学表达结果与之一致,TTF-1和CK7阳性,诊断为肺实性黏液细胞腺癌子宫内膜转移。表明肺实性黏液细胞腺癌可以转移到子宫内膜,免疫组织化学可为诊断提供可靠依据。
Lung solid mucinous cell adenocarcinoma is a rare subtype of lung cancer, metastases from lung cancer to the endometrium are rare. The data of medical history and pathology of a case with lung solid mucinous cell adenocarcinoma with endometrial metastases were retrospectively analyzed, needle biopsies of the lung were solid mucinous cell adenocarcinoma, and adenocarcinoma were found in the endometrial pathology specimens. The results of immunohistochemical staining were consistent, and TTF-1 and CK7 were positive. It was diagnosed as the endometrial metastasis of lung solid mucinous cell adenocarcinoma, showing that lung solid mucinous cell adenocarcinoma could be metastasized to endometrium, and immunohistochemistry could provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis.
