摘要
目前,我国对美、日、韩3国出口的食用菌菌棒以木腐菌菌棒为主。但随着贸易出口方式的发展转变,贸易类型由单一贸易型向多样投资型变化,促使我国原有的菌棒出口方式也需要进行改变。因为原有菌棒出口存在出口成本高、国外市场环境比较艰难以及培育生产标准化程度低的问题,所以,要提高菌棒出口的竞争力,就需要各方努力。首先是出口方要增强本行业的服务能力,其次是生产者要提升生产水平,做到标准化以及规模化生产。
At present, in China, wood rot fungus sticks are the main type of edible fungus sticks exported to the United States, Japan and South Korea in China. However, with the development of trade export mode, the trade type has changed from single trade type to multiple investment type, which urges the original export mode of fungus sticks in China to change.Because the original export of fungus sticks has the problems such as high export cost, difficult foreign market environment and low standardization of cultivation and production, so it is necessary for all parties to strengthen the competitiveness of the export of fungus sticks. First, the exporter should enhance the service capacity of the industry. Secondly, the producer should improve the production level and then achieve standardization and large-scale production.
