摘要
融合先进制造技术教学内容是保证机械加工类慕课教学质量的重要内容。应用基于Vericut软件的虚拟加工仿真技术,设计与开发了机械加工类课程中用于传授工艺知识的典型零件—接盘的双主轴车铣复合加工仿真系统。设计了接盘零件的双主轴车铣加工工艺,针对仿真系统开发的关键技术,包括双主轴车铣虚拟加工环境构建以及双主轴车铣实现的关键即双主轴动态交换工件的实现等进行了详细说明。
Introducing advanced manufacturing technology into metalcutting MOOCs is important for improving curriculum quality. Dual spindle mill turn center simulation by Vericut software for disc part is developed to involve advanced process knowledge into the MOOCs.Dual spindle machining process for disk workpiece is designed. Key issues for developing the simulation system, including virtual machining simulation environment construction,control logic and programming for part transfer between dual spindles are explained.
