摘要
光纤法珀压力传感器是一种基于多束光干涉原理的光纤传感器,主要通过测量珐珀腔的腔长变化来测量外界压力。相较于传统的电子压力传感器,光纤法珀压力传感器具有体积小、便于信号传输等优点,成为目前光纤传感器领域的研究热点。本文通过阐述原理,按技术分支进行统计,基于CNABS中文检索数据库以及DWPI数据库,通过检索、筛选、统计和分析国内外申请的与光纤法珀压力传感器相关的发明和实用新型专利,梳理了光纤法珀压力传感器的发展脉络,同时,对光纤法珀压力传感器的核心专利和重要申请人进行了分析。
The fiber Fabry-Perot pressure sensor is a kind of fiber-optic sensors based on the principle of multi-beam optical interference. It mainly measures the external pressure by measuring the change of the cavity length of the Fabry-Perot cavity. Compared with traditional electronic pressure sensor, the fiber Fabry-Perot pressure sensor has a small size and easy signal transmission. It has become a research hotspot in the field of fiber-optic sensors.In this paper, the development of optical fiber Fabry-Perot pressure sensor is summarized by explaining the principle, statistics according to the technical branches, and analysis of the domestic and foreign patents related to optical fiber Fabry-Perot pressure sensor. At the same time, the core patents and applications of optical fiber Fabry-Perot pressure sensor are summarized.
