摘要
教师的专业化发展是未来教育行业的趋势,也是我国教师队伍建设的重心,在当前市场经济的发展背景下,教师的职业发展迎来了高峰期,很多高等职业教育在经历过一段低迷时期之后,现在呈现出飞速发展态势,高职院校招生规模的扩大引起了国家对于实践教育的重视,一些实训教师的素质问题成为了当前的重点问题,高职院校实训教师队伍的素质高低对于实践教学有着极大的影响。因此促进高职院校实训教师的职业发展是极为重要的,本文分析了当前高职院校中实训教师的职业发展现状,对其中存在的一些问题进行了研究和分析,最后提出了相关的建议,对促进高职院校实训教师的职业发展有着重要的帮助。
        The professional development of teachers is the trend of the future of the education sector,is also the focus of the construction of teachers in our country,in the background of the development of the market economy,the development of teacher's occupation ushered in the peak period,a lot of higher occupation education after a period of downturn,now showing a rapid development momentum,expanding enrollment of higher vocational colleges the cause of the country for the practice of the importance of education,the quality of some teachers training has become the focus of current problems,the quality of training teachers in higher vocational colleges has a great effect on teaching practice.Therefore,to promote the development of Higher Vocational College Teachers' occupation training is very important,this paper analyzes the development status of the current occupation training teachers in higher vocational colleges,the existing problems are analyzed,finally puts forward relevant suggestions,is of great help to promote the development of higher vocational college teachers' occupation training.
