摘要
对市场营销专业实训课程教学方法进行详细研究,找出了教学中存在的主要问题:实训基地的硬件设施不够健全,实训课程的教学方法过于呆板,教师自身的实践能力不高,管理实训课堂难度较大,实训教学的考核评价体系不完善。对教学改革提出了相关建议:增强实训教学硬件建设,完善实训教学软件建设,创新实训课程教学方式。这能为社会提供更多具有丰富理论知识和实践能力的复合型市场营销人才。
This paper makes a detailed study of the teaching methods of practical training courses for marketing majors,and finds out the main problems in teaching: the hardware facilities of the training bases are not perfect enough,the teaching methods of practical training courses are too rigid,the teachers' practical ability is not high,the management of practical training classes is difficult,and the evaluation system of practical training teaching is not perfect. Relevant suggestions are put forward for teaching reform: strengthening the construction of training teaching hardware,improving the construction of training teaching software,and innovating the teaching methods of training courses. This can provide the society with more complex marketing talents with rich theoretical knowledge and practical ability.
