文献计量视角下政策科学研究的新方向——从政策量化研究到政策信息学

摘要
[目的/意义]明确提出政策信息学是政策科学研究领域刚刚兴起的一个研究方向,与信息科学、情报学有着密切的关联。通过对政策科学发展演化态势的可视化分析,能够清晰地揭示政策信息学产生的背景、内涵和发展方向。[方法/过程]通过文献计量学方法、共词分析法和知识图谱技术等,对政策科学诞生至今的发展演化态势进行量化分析和可视化展示。[结果/结论]政策科学是一个学科交叉度极高的学科领域,不同发展阶段占主导地位的学科不同;政策科学研究形成了以政策过程理论为核心、多元分析方法并重的学科理论与实证分析体系;近年来以量化研究为特征进行的政策内容分析研究日益增多,基于政策信息学的政策知识发现逐渐兴起并成为政策科学领域的重要研究方向之一。
[Purpose/Significance]As a newdirection in the field of policy science,Policy informatics is closely associated with information science. The visualization analysis of the evolution trend of policy science can showthe background,connotation and development direction of policy informatics.[Method/Process]Bibliometrics methods co-occurrence analysis and knowledge graph method are used to discuss the evolution trend of policy science.[Result/Conclusion]It is found out that policy science is an interdisciplinary subject. Policy science,economics and public administration have dominated the different stages of policy science. The discipline system of policy science has formed the subject theory system and empirical analysis system,taking the policy process theory as the core and diversified analysis methods being same important. Research of policy text quantitative analysis was increasing in recent years. Policy informatics based on policy big data will be the newresearch frontier in the field of policy science.
