摘要
辅导员的核心素养是其在履行工作职责过程中应该具备的,促进个人职业发展和学生全面发展的必备品格与关键能力。辅导员核心素养的内涵、体系及其结构的确立,须从辅导员工作的使命、职责、对象、环境、队伍等方面探究其依据。辅导员的核心素养体系包括"德、才、学、识"四个维度,其中"德"对应职业品格,"才"对应核心能力,"学"对应职业知识,"识"对应职业思维。
Advisors' core qualities refer to the key abilities that allow advisors to fulfill their duty to the students and promote both their own career development and students' all-round development. What the core qualities are and how they are structured to form a system are related to advisors' missions and responsibilities, characteristics of college students, the environment they work in and their team construction. Advisors' core qualities should contain four dimensions: morality, talent, learning, and insight. "Morality" refers to advisors' professional integrity; "talent" refers to their core competence; "learning" refers to their professional knowledge; "insight" refers to their professional thinking.
