应用型大学学报影响力与应用性科研水平的协同提升策略研究

摘要
科研与学报是应用型大学的重要组成部分,其协同发展必将为应用型大学转型奠定基础。科研与学报的协同应以应用性为基点,以发挥积极的协同效应为目标。科研为学报提供了作者队伍和科研成果两方面的资源,学报为科研提供了窗口和平台。高校学报是学术性期刊,是学校大科研链条的重要环节,具有对科研学术成果展示、引领导向的功能作用。应转变重科研、轻学报的管理方式,改变科研与学报工作各自为战、互不交集的状态,建立科研与学报协作的良性循环机制,采用优势学科与特色栏目共振模式,以学报多种媒体融合出版来扩大科研影响力,取得两者协同共赢的效果。
Scientific research and journal are important constituent parts of an applied technology university, and the coordinated development between them lays the foundation for its transformation. The cooperation between the two parts should be based on the applicability and reach a positive synergistic effect. Journal provides two aspects of resources, including the author team and scientific achievement, while the journal provides the platform.College Journal is an academic and important chain in research process, playing a showing and leading role in research and academic achievement. We should change the old method of emphasis on research over journal, and the old condition of dis-connection between them. We should build a positive system of collaboration between them, reach an inter-action between superior subjects and feature columns, promote research influence by multimedia fusion, and reach a synergistic and win-win effect.
