摘要

坚持以文化人的工作理念是提升高校思想政治教育效度的重要遵循。把"以文化人"贯穿高校思想政治教育工作始终,充分发挥和运用"以文化人"浸润、感染、熏陶的育人功用,增强学生理论信仰,滋养大学生的人文精神,营造风清气正、互学互鉴、全面发展的学习生态,塑造大学生朋辈向上向善的精神状态。
        Fine culture,used correctly,can greatly enhance college students' ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should value and bring into full play the power,the influence and the charm of culture in their ideological and political work and help students to strengthen their theoretical beliefs and humanistic spirits and to create a clear,learning-friendly environment so they can develop healthy and positive attitudes and grow in an all-round way.
