深刻把握新时代党的教育工作目标的内涵特征与实践路向

习近平总书记在全国教育大会上指出,以凝聚人心、完善人格、开发人力、培育人才、造福人民为工作目标,即"五人"教育工作目标,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育。"五人"教育工作目标的五组概念,层次分明地反映出中国特色社会主义教育理念(凝聚人心)、教育过程(完善人格、开发人力、培育人才)、教育价值(造福人民)完整体系的丰富内涵,深刻体现出中国特色社会主义教育目标的层次性与关联性、宏观性与具体性、目的性与规律性有机统一的逻辑特征,生动勾勒出人在接受教育过程中自然发展和成长成才的规律线索,鲜明突出了人在教育实践活动中的主体性地位和能动性作用,为坚持党对中国特色社会主义教育事业的全面领导、坚持以人民为中心发展教育、坚持构建德智体美劳全面发展的育人体系、坚持深化教育改革创新发展指明了实践路向。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Congress that the goals are to rally people's hearts, improve their personality, develop human resources, cultivate talents, and benefit the people. We should train the socialist constructors and successors for the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical integrity, and labor, speed up the modernization of education, build a powerful educational power, and run a satisfactory education for the people. The five concept groups of the education goals clearly reflect the rich connotation of education concept, education process and education value with Chinese socialist characteristics, and deeply reflect the logical characteristics of the level and relevance, the macro and concrete, the organic unity of purpose and regularity of socialist educational objectives with Chinese characteristics. It highlights the subjective position and active role of human beings in educational practice. In order to uphold the Party's overall leadership over the cause of socialist education with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the people-centered development of education, persist in constructing a comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, and labor education system, and insist on deepening educational reform and innovation, the direction of practice has been pointed out.
