摘要

基层党建工作是党的建设中的重要一环,关系着党的执政根基。新时代,以政治建设统领高校基层党组织建设是增强基层党组织战斗力的关键。面对高校基层党组织建设中存在的种种困境,要坚持以问题为导向,抓住政治信仰、政治功能、政治领导力、政治生活和政治凝聚力几大关键要素,找准实践路向,不断增强高校基层党组织的堡垒作用。
        Grass-roots Party Building is an important part of Party Building,Related to the ruling foundation of the party. In new epoch,guiding the construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities by political Construction is the key to strengthen the role of fighting bastions of grass-roots party organizations. Various difficulties in the construction of party organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities,stick to problem orientation,grasp the key elements of political belief,political function,political leadership,political life and political cohesion,find the right way of practice,strengthening the Basic-level Party Organization's role as a bastion in Colleges and Universities.
