基于专利战略的大学生创新创业研究

摘要
通过调研,分析大学生创新创业的意义与现状,并深入挖掘了大学生创业失败率居高不下的原因主要有当代大学生知识产权意识薄弱,专利知识匮乏,尤其在创业过程中不能娴熟地运用专利策略,已成为阻碍其创业成功的主要瓶颈之一。在此基础上结合大学生创新创业特点,构建专利战略模型,用大疆公司专利战略经验作为实例以验证该模型的正确性,同时通过深度剖析大疆公司专利申请与布局策略,总结其成功经验。以期给大学生创业者带来一定的启示,从而亦能在一定程度上提升我国大学生的创新创业能力与创业成功概率。
This paper analyzes the significance and status quo of university students' innovation and entrepreneurship,explores the reasons for the high failure rate of their entrepreneurship,their poor intellectual property awareness,lack of patent knowledge,and failure to skillfully use patent strategy in the process of entrepreneurship,to name just a few. Furthermore,a patent strategic model is built on the basis of the characteristics of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. The patent strategic experience of DJI is used as an example to verify the correctness of the model,and the patent application and layout strategy of DJI is analyzed in depth to sum up its successful experience. The research finding hopes to inspire,to some extent,the entrepreneurs of the university students and improve the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of the college students and the probability of entrepreneurial success.
