摘要

时间管理有助于大学生形成良好的行为习惯和意志品质,为职业生涯发展打下坚实的基础。本文分析了新技术发展下时间管理的发展方向,分析了大学生群体时间管理的问题、学习时间管理的期望以及学习特征,基于人因视角提出《时间管理》教学培养目标、专题设置和教学活动规划的优化方法与方案。经过教学实践,取得了较好的效果。
        Time management helps college students form good behavior habits and will quality and lay a solid foundation for career development.This paper proposes the development direction of time management under the development of new technologies and analyzes the problems,expectations and characteristics of college students in time management learning.From the perspective of human factors,the paper puts forward the optimization methods and schemes of teaching objectives,thematic settings and teaching activities planning of time management.
