摘要
在"产学合作协同育人"背景下,对哈尔滨商业大学"人因工程"实验课程进行了探索性改革,旨在培养学生的工程实践能力,提高人才培养质量。详述了"人因工程"实验课程的建设历程,总结了实验教学体系的优势与不足。以校企合作为平台,基于"产学合作协同育人"的理念对实验进行了重新设计,重点围绕虚拟仿真实验进行了探讨,并针对实验载体、实验项目来源等问题给出了解决方案,改革后的实验课程具有"以学生为主体项目驱动"的鲜明特点。
        The experimental course of human factors engineering in Harbin university of commerce was reformed in the context of "industry-university cooperation and collaborative education ",aimed at cultivating students ' engineering practice ability to improved the quality of talent cultivation. The construction course of "human factors engineering"experiment course was described in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the experimental teaching system were summarized; the school-enterprise cooperation was used for the platform,the experiment was redesigned based on the concept of "industry-university cooperation and collaborative education",the emphasis was on virtual simulation experiments,and the solutions to the problems such as the experimental carriers and the source of experimental items were given. The experimental curriculums which after the reform had the distinct characteristics of"student-oriented and project-driven".
