摘要

商业银行的企业客户在账户流水交易行为体现了企业之间的资金往来关系,说明了企业在其经营生态领域中的社会关系和社交网络关系,利用大数据技术对其分析,可以帮助银行客户经理很清晰的了解和掌握客户的上下游、行业相关性、价值密度等,从而为客户经理的营销和客户服务提供重要的决策支持。
        The commercial bank customer reflects the financial relationships between enterprises in trading accounts, the enterprise in the field of ecological management in the social relations and social networks, the use of large data analysis technology, can help the bank customer manager clearly understand and grasp the customer on the downstream, industry relevance, social closeness, and customer manager marketing and customer service to provide the decision-making support.
