摘要
珠海连接线工程是港珠澳大桥的重要组成部分,同时也是解决香港、澳门与内地之间的陆路客货运输要求的重要通道。经过对收费制式以及收费站设置方案的研究,可以确定港珠澳大桥珠海连接线宜采用多车道自由流方式,收费对象为两地牌照车辆,内地车辆通行费由珠海市进行补贴。通过连接线的收费系统设计,解决了多频段多车道自由流收费中的几个重难点,为今后多频段多车道自由流收费的研究打下了一定基础。
        The Zhuhai Connecting Line is an important component of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,it is also an important way to solve the land transport demands of both passenger and freight among Hongkong,Macao and the inland. According to the study of toll mode and toll station setting scheme,the toll mode of the Zhuhai Connecting Line of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is determined to adopt the multilane free flow. The toll objects are two licensed vehicles,and the inland vehicle tolls are subsidized by the Zhuhai municipal government. Through the design of toll system of the Connection Line, several difficulties in multiband multilane free flow toll collection are solved,which laid a foundation for future research on toll collection of multiband multilane free flow.
