纳布啡对创伤性骨折患者疼痛控制效果及炎症因子的影响

摘要
目的:探讨纳布啡对创伤性骨折患者疼痛控制效果及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取于2017年1月-2018年12月因创伤骨折来笔者所在医院进行救治的患者122例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将研究对对象随机分为研究组(n=61)和对照组(n=61),对比分析两组患者术后VAS评分、RSS评分、外周血CRP、PCT的差异。结果:研究组与对照组术后1、2、3 d的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后1、2、3 d的RSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组术前CRP及PCT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组术后1、3 d的CRP及PCT水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纳布啡在控制创伤性骨折术后疼痛方面具有良好的效果,同时可降低患者焦躁程度及机体炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Nalbuphine on pain control and inflammatory factors in patients with traumatic fracture.Method:A total of 122 patients who came to our hospital for treatment of traumatic fracture from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were randomly divided into two groups:the study group(n=61) and the control group(n=61).The differences of VAS score,RSS score,CRP and PCT in peripheral blood between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:There were no significant difference in VAS scores between the study group and the control group on the 1 st,2 nd and 3 rd day after operation(P>0.05).The RSS scores of the study group on the 1 st,2 nd and 3 rd day after operation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in CRP and PCT between the study group and the control group before operation(P>0.05).The CRP and PCT levels of the study group on the 1 st and 3 rd day after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nalbuphine has a good effect in controlling pain after traumatic fracture surgery.It can also reduce the degree of anxiety and the level of inflammatory factors in patients.It is worthy of clinical application..
