图文沟通模式在评估肠道准备结果的效果评价

摘要
目的探讨图文沟通模式在评估患者肠镜检查前肠道准备结果表达的准确性,提高工作效率和护患沟通满意度。方法选择在中山市中医院内窥镜检查治疗部于2016年1月—2016年2月间做门诊肠镜检查患者220例,随机分为对照组95例和观察组125例,对照组给予常规的口头询问,患者回答相应问题,护士通过患者回答的内容判断患者肠道准备结果;观察组给予肠道清洁度分级图文,让患者选择其肠道准备结果相应图片,护士判断肠道准备结果。比较两组患者对其肠道准备结果表达的准确率和消耗时长。结果观察组在20 s内准确选择与其相对应的肠道准备结果图达到100%;对照组在20 s内准确表达肠道准备结果的仅27.38%,30 s内准确表达的为48.42%,而24.21%的患者需护士进一步的引导才能做出准确描述。结论图文沟通方式能帮助肠镜检查患者准确表达肠道准备结果,提高准确率和工作效率。
Objective To explore the accuracy of the expression of intestinal tract preparation before colonoscopy,and to improve the efficiency and satisfaction of the nurse-patient communication. Methods 220 patients in Endoscope Examination and Treatment Department in Chinese Traditional Hospital of Zhongshan City from January to February,2016 were randomly divided into95 patients in the control group and 125 patients in the observation group. The control group received the routine oral inquiry. The patient answered the corresponding questions,and the nurse judged the patient bowel preparation results through the patients' content.The observation group received the bowel cleanliness grading graphs,and the patients chose corresponding pictures of its bowel preparation results,and the nurse judged bowel preparation results. The accuracy and consumption of the intestinal preparation results in 2 groups were compared. Results The rate that patients in the observation group accurately chose the corresponding intestinal preparation results in 20 seconds reached 100%. In the control group,the rate that the patients accurately expressed the intestinal preparation results in 20 seconds only reached 27. 38%,that patients accurately expressed in 30 seconds reached 48. 42%,and 24. 21% patients needed a further guidance from nurses to make an accurate description. Conclusion The communication method can help the patients to express the intestinal preparation results accurately and improve the accuracy and efficiency.
