宣肺通窍法联合耳穴贴压治疗急性分泌性中耳炎效果观察

摘要
目的研究宣肺通窍法联合耳穴贴压治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法急性分泌性中耳炎患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,在此基础上观察组患者加用宣肺通窍中药口服和耳穴贴压治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及中耳积液消失时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98%,显著高于对照组的90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中耳积液消失时间(7.28±1.11)d短于对照组的(11.37±2.17)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣肺通窍法联合耳穴贴压治疗急性分泌性中耳炎疗效确切,能快速宣肺散风、通闭开窍,促进中耳积液消退,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao method combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media. Methods A total of 200 acute secretory otitis media patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine for treatment, and the observation group also received oral Xuanfei Tongqiao Chinese medicine and auricular point pressing for treatment. Observation and comparison were made on clinical therapeutic effect and disappearing time of middle ear effusion in two groups. Results The observation group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate as 98% than 90% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had shorter disappearing time of middle ear effusion as(7.28±1.11) d than(11.37±2.17) d in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Xuanfei Tongqiao method and auricular point pressing show affirmative effect in treating acute secretory otitis media, and it can quickly Xuanfei scattered wind, open closed resuscitation, and promote the disappearance of middle ear effusion. So it is worth promoting.
