早期不典型宫外孕的经阴道B超诊断分析

摘要
目的探讨早期不典型宫外孕的经阴道B超诊断价值。方法择取2016年6月至2018年4月我院诊治的100例宫外孕患者,随机抽取50例使用腹部B超检查,为对照组;余下50例使用经阴道B超检查,为研究组,对比各组诊断效果。结果研究组患者宫外孕检出48例,检出率为96.00%;对照组患者宫外孕检出42例,检出率为84.00%。各数据对比有意义(P<0.05)。另外,对照组患者盆腔积液为72.00%、胚芽为60.00%、心血管搏动为16.00%、假囊孕为24.00%、附件包块为92.00%。研究组患者盆腔积液为80.00%、胚芽为70.00%、心血管搏动为20.00%、假囊孕为28.00%、附件包块为100.00%。各数据对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论早期不典型宫外孕患者中,经阴道B超检查能够有效提高患者检出率,为后续诊疗起到参考价值。
Objective To explore diagnosis value of transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography for early atypical ectopic pregnancy. Methods Choose 100 cases ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2018. Random 50 cases in control group were examined with abdominal B-mode ultrasonography. Remaining 50 cases with transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography. Compare diagnostic effect of each group. Results 48 cases of ectopic pregnancy were detected in study group(detection rate of 96.00%) and 42 cases detected in control group(detection rate of 84.00%). Data comparison showed significance(P<0.05). In addition, detection rate of pelvic effusion was 72.00% in control group, germ of 60.00%, cardiovascular pulsation of 16.00%, pseudocystic pregnancy of 24.00%, adnexal mass of 92.00%. Detection rate of pelvic effusion was 80.00% in study group, germ of 70.00%, cardiovascular pulsation of 20.00%, pseudocystic pregnancy of 28.00% and accessory mass of 100.00%. Data comparison showed significance,(P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography can improve detection rate effectively for early atypical ectopic pregnancy patients, and provide reference for follow-up diagnosis and treatment.
