磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房对产妇泌乳的影响

摘要
目的:探讨磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房对产妇泌乳的影响。方法:将198例产妇按分为对照组和观察组各99例,对照组予以常规方法促进泌乳,观察组在对照组的基础上采取磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房,比较24 h内、24 h后的泌乳量以及乳房胀痛情况。结果:观察组产后24 h内、24 h后的泌乳量多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组乳房胀痛时间短于对照组(P<0.05),乳房胀痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房对于产妇泌乳具有良好的效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of pressing the ears with magnetic beads and massaging breast on lactating of puerperas. Methods:198 puerperas were divided into control group and observation group, with 99 cases in each group. The control group was only given routine treatment, while the observation group was given pressing the ears with magnetic beads and massaging breast on the basis of the control group. The lactation volume and the breast distending pain within postpartum 24 h and after postpartum 24 h were compared. Results:The lactating volume of the observation group was higher than that of the control group within postpartum 24 h and after postpartum 24 h(P<0.05). The time of breast distending pain in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05), and the degree of breast distending pain in observation group was lighter than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Pressing the ears with magnetic beads and massaging breast have a good effect lactating of puerperas.
