兴趣游戏在改善患儿术前焦虑状态和麻醉诱导配合度中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨兴趣游戏在改善患儿术前焦虑状态和麻醉诱导配合度中的应用效果。方法:将2017年4月～2018年4月收治的88例手术患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各44例。对照组接受常规麻醉诱导,研究组在对照组基础上实施兴趣游戏。比较两组麻醉诱导期合作量表(ICC)评分、改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表(mYPAS)评分、患儿不同时期心率及血压、术后不良反应情况等。结果:研究组接受诱导后ICC、mYPAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组诱导后及手术过程中心率、血压均有所升高,而研究组升高幅度小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前通过兴趣游戏进行护理干预,能够在明显改善手术患儿焦虑状态的同时提高患儿麻醉诱导配合程度,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of interest games in improving the preoperative anxiety state and anesthesia induction cooperation degree in children.Methods:A total of 88 pediatric surgical patients admitted from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional anesthesia induction,and the study group was given interest games based on the control group.ICC score,mYPAS,heart rate and blood pressure at different stages,and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After induction,ICC and mYPAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups increased after induction and during the operation,while the increase rate in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative nursing intervention through interest games can significantly improve the anxiety state of children with surgery and the anesthesia induction cooperation.It is worthy of clinical application.
