摘要

高等教育资助体系的运行状况,关乎社会公平,对社会稳定和国家发展具有重要作用。借鉴发达国家(以美国、英国及日本为主)贫困大学生资助模式,对我国贫困大学生资助模式进行改革,以此适应我国大众化高等教育模式,提升我国高等教育人群,为我国发展不断培养优秀人才。
        The operation status of higher education funding system matters social equity and plays an important role in social stability and national development. Higher education in our country should reform the funding mode for poor college students by learning from the subsidy model for poor college students in developed countries(mainly in the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan), so as to adapt to the popularized higher education model, to increase the higher education population, and to continuously cultivate outstanding talents for our country's development.
