三维超声与放射性核素在甲状腺实性结节性疾病诊断中的临床意义

摘要
目的研究三维超声与放射性核素联合的检查方法对甲状腺结节的诊断符合率。方法通过对2012-05~2014-06间在我院进行甲状腺三维超声检查的89例甲状腺结节性疾病患者进行二维、三维超声检查及核素检查,对比其诊断与病理符合率。结果联合应用对甲状腺良、恶性结节诊断的符合率分别为96.8%和90.0%,均高于超声诊断和放射性核素显像检查诊断的符合率。结论三维超声与放射性核素联合应用,可以提高甲状腺结节的诊断符合率。
Objective The rate consistent with the diagnosis of study of three dimensional ultrasound combined with radionuclide examination method for thyroid nodules. Methods Based on the 2012. 5- 2014. 6 period,three- dimensional ultrasonography of thyroid nodular thyroid disease 89 patients underwent two- dimensional and three- dimensional ultrasonography and radionuclide examinations were performed in our hospital,in contrast to its diagnosis and pathological coincidence rate. Results The combined application of thyroid benign and malignant nodules diagnosis coincidence rate were 96. 8% and 90%,were higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis and radionuclide imaging diagnosis coincidence rate. Conclusion The two checks at the joint use,can improve the coincidence rate of diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
