探究曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的效果及安全性

摘要
目的探讨给予冠心病心力衰竭患者曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗的效果和安全性分析。方法随机抽取2016年3月至2018年3月在我院治疗的冠心病心力衰竭患者280例为临床观察对象。采用随机数字表法分成观察组(给予患者曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,140例)和对照组(给予患者常规化治疗,140例)。对比观察两组患者术后患者心脏功能指标以及临床治疗效果结果分析。结果观察组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径明显小于对照组,对照组左室射血分数小于观察组,观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予冠心病心力衰竭患者曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,使患者心脏功能得到有效改善,临床治疗效果得到显著提升,操作安全性高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 280 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected for clinical observation. The patients were divided into observation group(treated with trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate, 140 cases) and control group(treated with routine treatment, 140 cases). To compare and observe the cardiac function indexes and clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients after operation. Results Left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group, and left ventricular ejection fraction in the control group was less than that in the observation group.The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. The clinical therapeutic effect is significantly improved and the operation safety is high.
