补肾活血法联合西药治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效

摘要
目的探讨补肾活血法联合西药治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症患者的疗效。方法选取桂林市妇女儿童医院2017年2月至2018年3月桂林市妇女儿童医院收治的84例肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组患者实施西药治疗,观察组患者在西药治疗基础上采用补肾活血法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度、主卵泡直径较对照组增加明显,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论补肾活血法联合西药治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症疗效显著,能够提高临床治愈率,改善患者月经周期情况,促进卵泡生长发育。
Objective To explore the efficacy of supplementing kidney and invigorating blood method combined with western medicine in infertility patients with ovulation disorder of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 84 cases ovulation disorder infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in the Guilin Women's and Children's Hospital from February 2017 to March2018 were selected as research objects. According to the order in hospital, they were divided into observation group(n=42) and control group(n=42). The control group received western medicine therapy while the observation group took supplementing kidney and invigorating blood method based on the western medicine therapy, then the efficacy in the 2 groups of patients were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%(40/42), higher than 80.95%(34/42) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the endometrial thickness and the diameter of the main follicle of the observation group were significantly increased compared with those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after the treatment, estradiol(E2), luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) in the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The method of supplementing kidney and invigorating blood combined with western medicine has remarkable curative effect on ovulation disorder infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. It can improve clinical cure rate, menstrual cycle and follicular growth and development of patients.
