母体血清IL-10和RANTES预测早产发生的研究

摘要
目的通过对母体血清中白介素-10 (IL-10)和调节活化正常T细胞表达与分泌的趋化因子(RANTES)测定,探讨IL-10和RANTES在预测早产发生中的作用。方法收集2015年7月-2017年2月该院诊治的先兆早产女性240例为先兆早产组,早产临产100例为早产临产组,随机选取同期孕龄相近的正常妊娠妇女70例作为对照组。测定治疗前母体血清IL-10和RANTES浓度,并对研究对象随访至分娩。结果先兆早产和早产临产组母体血清IL-10和RANTES水平低于正常妊娠组(P<0. 05);早产组母体血清IL-10水平高于足月组(P <0. 05),而两组间RANTES水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);母体血清IL-10水平与早产存在相关性,预测早产发生的临界值为80. 33μg/L,其灵敏度为66. 7%,特异度为63. 0%。结论母体血清IL-10水平预测早产发生具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,可为临床早产预测提供参考依据; RANTES与早产发生无明显相关。
