节育手术致子宫穿孔的预防探究

摘要
目的:分析并探讨节育手术致子宫穿孔的重要因素和预防探究。方法:随机选取我院2013年1月至2018年10月收治的40例子宫穿孔患者,采用回顾性的方法,根据其基本资料和临床治疗进行分析,探究子宫穿孔的具体预防方法。结果:据研究数据对比,因哺乳期和人工流产所导致子宫穿孔的患者数据分别为35.0%和27.5%,高于其他原因,是造成子宫穿孔的主要因素所在。结论:节育手术中,医者要提高自身责任感,以患者健康为前提,在每个环节都要认真严谨,极大程度的减少子宫穿孔的发生。
Objective:To analyze and discuss the important factors and prevention of uterine perforation caused by contraceptive operation. Methods:40 patients with uterine perforation were randomly selected from January 2013 to October 2018. The methods of prevention of uterine perforation were analyzed retrospectively according to the basic data and clinical treatment. Results:According to the research data, the data of breast-feeding and induced abortion patients with uterine perforation were 37.0% and 27.5% respectively and significantly higher than other reasons, which is the main cause of uterine perforation. Conclusion:In birth control surgery, based on the premise of patient health, doctors should improve their sense of responsibility and be strict and rigorous in every link to greatly reduce the occurrence of uterine perforation.
