摘要
【目的】观察耳穴贴压疗法对运动性疲劳大学生血糖(GLU)、血清睾酮(T)水平的影响。【方法】将60例大学生随机分成3组,即正常组、对照组和观察组,每组各20例(男∶女=1∶1)。3组均进行4周的大运动量体能训练,正常组不进行任何干预;对照组训练后于双侧足三里、环跳、三阴交穴进行针刺,留针20 min,隔天1次,每周3次;观察组训练后分别于耳穴心、肝、脾、肺、交感、内分泌用王不留行耳贴进行贴压,嘱受试者晨起按压1次,运动前30 min按压1次,运动后30 min按压1次,非运动日每天自行按压3次,每次按压1 min。分别于训练前和训练后对各组大学生进行主观体力感觉评分(RPE),并检测受试者GLU、血清T指标的变化情况。【结果】(1)体能训练后,各组大学生疲劳感觉都明显增加,与训练前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组与对照组训练前后RPE差值,与正常组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)正常组体能训练后GLU含量下降,与训练前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组与对照组体能训练前后GLU含量差值更小,与正常组差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组与对照组训练前后GLU差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。(3)正常组男女血清T含量均较训练前明显下降,与训练前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);对照组与观察组中血清T含量均较训练前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中女性血清T值下降更明显(P <0.01);男性训练前后血清T含量差值与正常组差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。【结论】耳穴贴压法能够改善长时间训练导致的机体疲劳以及GLU、血清T的下降,具有一定防治运动性疲劳的作用。
        Objective To observe the effect of ear-point sticking therapy on the levels of blood glucose(GLU)and serum testosterone(T)in college students with exercise-induced fatigue. Methods A total of 60 college students were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely normal group,control group and observation group,20 students in each group(male: female =1∶1). The students in the 3 groups underwent 4 weeks of large-amount exercise training,and additionally,after exercise the normal group had no any intervention,the control group received acupuncture at bilateral Zusanli(ST36),Huantiao(GB30),Sanyinjiao(SP6),retaining needle for 20 min,one time every 2 days,3 times in one week,and the observation group received ear-point sticking therapy with Semen Vaccariae at ear acupoints of heart,liver,spleen,lung,sympathy,and internal secretion,pressing one time in the morning,one time at 30 min before training,and one time at 30 min after training in the training days,and pressing 3 times non-training day by themselves, each pressing lasting for one min. The ratings of perceived exertion(RPE)were evaluated,and the changes of the indexes of GLU and serum T indicators were observed in various groups before and after training. Results(1)The feeling of fatigue in various groups was increased after physical training compared with that before training(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The difference value of RPE before and after training in the observation group and control group was statistically significant different from that in the normal group(P < 0.05).(2)The GLU content in the normal group after training in the observation group and control group was significantly decreased(P < 0.05). The difference value of GLU content before and after training in the obervation group and control group was statistically significant different from that in the normal group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the difference value of GLU content between the control group and observation group before and after physical training(P > 0.05).(3)The male and female serum T content in the normal group was significantly decreased compared with that before training(P < 0.01). The male and female serum T content in the control group and observation group was significantly decreased compared with that before training(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),especially for the females(P < 0.01). The difference in the pre-and post-training difference value of male serum T content in the control group and observation group was statistically significant compared with that in the normal group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The ear-point sticking therapy has certain effect on preventing and treating exercise-induced fatigue by improving the body fatigue,and on the decrease of GLU and serum T caused by long-time training.
